BORA180™ Return Policy

 

BORA180™ endeavours to deliver products of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that we fall short of your expectation, we will gladly issue a replacement within 30 days from your date of purchase. Please retain all packaging materials (incl. pouches and hangtags) and proof of payment when you return our product.

 

If you purchase our product from an Internet vendor, please return the product through their designated channels. If you purchase our product from a store that is not directly run by BORA180™, please return the product to the exact same store.

 

All postage of incoming returns will be borne by you while we will pay for the postage for the replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you via the same channel you paid for your goods with. All replacement or refund will be handled within 10 working days upon receiving your return in our warehouse.

 

Should the return product appears to be in a distressed state, or deemed to be purposefully damaged, BORA180™ reserves the right to decline the replacement/refund.

BORA180™ Warranty

 

BORA180™ provides 2-year warranty for most flagship line products.

 

Please sign-up for warranty here. Customers are required to provide a proof of purchase (e.g. receipt from the vendor or delivery note from the e-commerce platform) when requesting repair services.
